EKO CF type units are with cartridge filters for fine dust extraction

Our EKO CF filtration units are used in many processes:

EKO CF type units are with cartridge filters for fine dust extraction.  Supplied with cartridge type filters witch has extremely large filtration area. Filtering material selected by type of dust. EKO CF type units has automatic pressed air filter cleaning (pulsed jut) which works during then filters work and after the filter stops. Waste stored in drawer at the bottom of the filter. Supplied with fan and full control automation or without fan.
Filter material for standard filtering elements is polyester with PFTE cover, moisture
repellent surface.

EKO CF equipment specification:

  • Galvanized steel case.
  • Supplied with fan and full control automation or without fan.
  • Cartridge filters type elements.

  • The fan is mounted in an acoustic box.

The EKO FM 1500 units are equipped with a 1.5kW centrifugal fan, a flexible 3m cut-off arm and 4 different filters:

Level 2: Cartridge filter F7 class

Level 3: HEPA Filter H13 Class

Level 4: D145 6 pcs. Cartridges filled with 18 kg of carbon
